Using Aromatherapy To Elevate Your Environment & Heal Your Body

Essential oils are a wonderful way to support your body and home. Some oils invigorate, others will relax you.

They can balance hormones, like Rosemary oil, clear your mind with Citrus, like Lemon, Lime or Orange and help with sinus congestion with Eucalyptus.

Bring a pleasant energy to your home and mind with blends that you enjoy. Essential oils can also be put in carrier oils, like Jojoba or Almond oil and put on the skin for healing. It is advised to try a small amount in one area to begin with, to ensure that you don’t have a skin reaction. Some people are sensitive to having these oils on their skin and a couple drops is sufficient, when put in a carrier oil.

Frankincense is known for it’s wonderful healing benefits and can even be put in the belly button to support the body!

Tea Tree will heal a cut and is a great mouth wash when added to purified water!
